For validation, two hundred patients consulting our tertiary center completed We tested scale reliability (Cronbach’s ?), floor/ceiling effects item redundancy (inter-item correlations). Structural validity confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) robust weighted least squares (WLSMV) estimator Delta parameterization. Model fit examined root mean square error approximation (RMSEA), comparative index (CFI) Tucker-Lewis (TLI). Correlations between scales repeatability were (Spearman coefficient, Intra-class-coefficient). Four steps required obtain translation consistent original version. Two for validation. Internal consistency found Cronbach’s alphas > 0.7 all (0.90 < ? 0.97). No floor or ceiling effect items (max = 85%). A observed scales. Appearance psychosocial showed redundancy, many inter-item correlations above 0.7. CFA structure displayed reasonable fit, RMSEA 0.065, CFI 0.974 TLI 0.972. Scales positively correlated (0.45 ? 0.65; p 0.001). Test–retest intra-class correlation coefficients ranged from 0.94 0.99 is validated, ready use.
